The Java Macaque is more commonly classified as the Crab-eating Macaque. This title can be misleading because crabs have no real significance in this primate's diet. This breed is easily recognized by their small, flat nose and commonly pointed ears. At birth, a Java Macaque will have a very white, creamy colored face, but as they mature their skin darkens to brown. Their hair also starts black, but grows to a beautiful, soft grey and gold. This primate's tail is not used to grasp objects, but solely intended to provide balance.

The Capuchin monkey is by far one of the most well known primates in society. This monkey has gained its popularity from its appearances in movies such as Monkey Trouble or the popular television show Friends. In the 19th century this primate was known as the Organ Grinder monkey. It earned this title from its participation on the shoulder of novelty street performers.
The Capuchin monkey is considered a New World primate and is known for being extremely intelligent. It has a prehensile tail, which means it has the ability to grasp objects and use its tail as an additional "hand". The Capuchin monkey is a very vocal breed and thrive on human attention and interaction.

The Celebes Ape is also referred to as the Celebes Crested Macaque. It earned this title due to its distinct crest, or spike of hair on top of its head. This primate is utterly fascinating to view because of its jet black features and empowering stance. Another noticeable feature on this monkey is the nearly nonexistant, mere 2 inch tail.
The Celebes Ape is definitely a rare breed, but this monkey goes above and beyond in its unique characteristics!
The Vervet monkey, also known as a Grivet monkey, is a very unique primate! It is classified as an Old World monkey because it only uses its tail for balance. They are recognized by their beautifully distinguished blue color that is accented with soft silver and gold hair. As a baby their faces are a pale cream, but with age their skin darkens.
I was very selective and did a ton of searching for just the right breeder. She (and her family) are truly amazing. We want to get our little guy a friend in the future, and we will not go anywhere else. I know that I have said it before, but thank you so much for everything you have done for us!
